Once you have registered, CircularPlace will put you in touch with companies that are close to you and offer products that meet your expectations.
You register by entering your documents (KBIS, statutes, ID) to register as an association.
Once your registration is validated, you will be able to apply in a few clicks on the product lots that interest you.
The company has 7 days to choose an association according to the number of products desired and its geographical proximity.
When you get a batch, the shipping to your premises is taken care of by the company.
After confirming the status of the lot received, you will be able to edit the tax receipt that you will deposit on the platform.

Is my association eligible for donations on CircularPlace?
Your association will be able to register for free and benefit from the unsold lots on our platform if it is recognized as a public utility.
An association is said to be of public utility if it meets these three conditions:

How do I retrieve a donation from the marketplace?
Register for free on the CircularPlace marketplace, then apply for the lot of your choice. You can choose which types of product categories you are interested in, depending on your business and needs.
Once you have chosen the lot, you will be asked to write a personalized message, directly on our platform, to the company about your motivations to acquire the desired donation. After 7 days, the company will give you its answer, favorable or unfavorable.
If the donor’s response is favorable, the lot will be sent to you as soon as possible, with the carrier of his choice. Collect the batch and report its conformity. If the batch is in conformity with your expectations, you will finally be in charge of issuing a tax receipt, in your care or in a simplified way on our platform.
If the answer is unfavorable and the company has chosen another association than yours, you will be able to start this process again free of charge for other lots of your choice.
How much does it cost me to register and use CircularPlace?
Registration is free on CircularPlace for any association.
Find the lots you are interested in, then apply for free to the company concerned. If the company holding the lot chooses you to benefit from the donation, it will take care of its transport and delivery. Collect the donation free of charge, then certify its conformity.
