On 4 April 2023, CircularPlace took part in a conference alongside Sodexo at the SETA trade fair:<strong>”Circular Economy and employee engagement: How does Sodexo pool and share resources with CircularPlace?”</strong>We would like to thank Caroline Elisseche, Director of CSR and Strategic Projects for Sodexo France and Stéphane Sailly, General Manager of Energy & Maintenance at Sodexo, who did us the honour of testifying and giving feedback on the solution we developed for them. A solution that enables them to share their resources internally and promote the circular economy among their employees. During this conference, we discussed several points:</p><li>The genesis of our collaboration with Sodexo;</li><li>The solution we implemented to meet their needs by adding a gamification system for employees;</li><li>Sodexo’s commitment to the circular economy through our platform;</li><li>And finally, Sodexo explained how our solution can boost their CSR performance.</li>
<p><a href=”_wp_link_placeholder” data-wplink-edit=”true” data-mce-href=”_wp_link_placeholder”>Our Marque Blanche solution</a> enables:</p><li><strong>Reference their available resources</strong> within your organization in order to pool and re-use them internally, and limit unnecessary purchases of new equipment.</li><li><strong>The implementation of a gamification system:</strong> Through playful quests on the ecological transition, each employee is awarded points based on their use of the platform, which they can use to support associations or obtain gift vouchers.</li><li>If your products do not find takers through your employees, you can<strong> donate your products to external associations</strong> via our marketplace.</li><li><strong>We calculate your CO2 impact</strong>: it is based on the production and destruction avoided for each of your transactions.</li><li>And finally..,<strong> include all the data in your CSR report</strong> you need, including the carbon savings you’ve made on the platerform, and your commitment to the circular economy.</li>
